Foundation
I have coached leaders across industries and countries for more than 20 years and trained hundreds of coaches.
I hold a Master Certified Coach credential and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. I studied Aeronautical Science at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and completed Mental Performance Training designed for high-pressure environments.
I am also a commercial, instrument-rated and multi-engine pilot with more than 1,500 hours. For three years, I flew missions throughout North America inside high-accountability systems where the responsibility is explicit.
I have performed under scrutiny and inside power structures that shape outcomes, and I understand what it takes to stay steady when the stakes are high. This coaching integrates behavioral science and performance psychology with real-world leadership experience.
Engagement
Coaching engagements run three or six months, meeting weekly or biweekly.
This coaching focuses on real decisions and challenges where the stakes are high. Together we determine what matters and the next move. Each session ends with a realistic, actionable plan.
